Detachering
We provide Dutch ICT professionals on a temporary basis. These professionals can often be directly deployed on short notice. Flexibility and Quality are the main focus of this service.
Detavast
Besides delivering temporary Dutch ICT professionals, we can also provide permanent staff. We do this through the ‘detavast’ construction. This construction implies that iSense delivers you an ICT professional which can be employed by you without charge after a commitment of 1040 hours of temporary hiring. The advantage of this service is that you as well the ICT professional can get used to each other, so you can determine whether a permanent contract is desirable.
Offshoring
An other service we provide is Offshoring. With our own office in Bangalore (India) we provide additional capacity to companies in the Netherlands. We do this by selecting a team in India that will help with your specific needs in software development. The main focus for this service is a long lasting partnership, which helps you setup your own development team in India, without the hassle of finding your own office in India.
